Second Call for Abstracts

It is time to submit abstracts for papers to be presented at the 2015 ALIA National Library and Information Technicians’ Symposium, being held in Hobart, Tasmania, 2-4 September 2015 with the theme Right here, right now – it’s a devil of a time in libraries.

What challenges are endangering library and information services? How are services evolving to thrive in the changing information ecosystem? What are the means of engaging – ‘wowing’ – your customers who ‘want it here – need it now’? Are you exploring what the future holds?

Don’t miss this great professional development opportunity. Also, as a presenter, you will be able to register for the Symposium at a discounted rate.

Further information, including topic suggestions and the application process, may be found here.

The final date for abstract submission is 27th February 2015.

If, after reading the information contained within the Call for Abstracts document, you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to email the organising committee at with the subject line “Att: Program Committee”.
